The Google homepage keeps reloading for no reason it doesn't do it on any of chrome for iOS or on any other website so I don't know what's going on and it only started 2 days ago I haven't jailbroken my iPhone and its at the latest IOS so please help

Go to Settings> Safari > Clear Cookies & data.
This should resolve the issue. other wise do a reset all settings by going to Settings> General> Reset> Reset all settings. This will not selete any data but will reset the settings.
