How do I manually sync my iPod with iTunes 11?

I can't figure out how to get my songs from my Macbook to my iPod via drag-and-drop with this new version of iTunes. I can't just Sync my iPod because this is not my main music computer and I'll lose all of my music. How can I still manage my music manually?
