Help! mophie juice pack 'not supported accessory' after 3GS ios6 upgrade (all fine for 2 years on all previous ios)

I upgraded finally (big mistake!) and now after over two years of no problems, including all previous upgrades of ios, the move to ios6 (straight to 6.0.1) has resulted in the juice pack generatingn the message 'charging is not supported with this accessory'. Incredible annoying and limits my use of the phone. I need the extra life the pack gives me a I don't have power access during the day. Any suggestions? HOw do i register this as an ios issue for the develpers to review (for 6.0.2!!!). Thanks
