My iPhone 5 suddenly no repsonse but blank scree. Flashing apple logo when plug in power.
Hold down the Power + Home buttons at the same time for around 10 to 30 seconds until your phone reboots. If it doesn't boot into it's normal state, put your device into DFU mode (Google/Youtube how to do so.) and do a full restore.
If still problem see the remainit actions of:
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

ALL the suggestions did not work. Finally, after having hours of sleepless struggling, I have learned an experience. Log in to the support site, book in Genius Bar, and Apple will replace you a new iPhone.
why does this happen.....is this a serious issue?
