Remote app iTunes radio song title problem

When listening to an Internet radio station using the Remote app (version 3.0) to control iTunes via iPad (3rd generation), the current song title either doesn't show or only flashes momentarily. For example, with classical station KDFC, the station name shows continuously, but the piece playing flashes below it only as the track starts, then is gone. In the iTunes desktop version (Mac v.11.0.1), the song title shows contiunously, even with the mini player. Any ideas? Thanks.
