Difference ? between Ipad 3 MD 328LLA, MD336LLA

I am looking for Ipad 3

A store sells MD328LLA, the other store sells MD336LLA. both are for IPAD 3 rd generation.

Is there any difference between two numbers ?

iPad, iOS 6.0.1

328 is WiFi

366 is WiFi + 3G

Both 3rd generation.

Sorry, misread your model numbers. Although, I can't find a listing for MD336.

A bit strange, but this Best Buy page shows both model numbers as being the same.
