Location services not working on my iPad even though they are all turned on
I've tried everything but its still not working
iPad, iOS 6.0.2, It's not working
Have ypu tried resetting the iPad ?

No but I have tried resetting location services ad checking settings many times
Hmm reset your ipad hold down the sleep/wake button and home button at the same time until the applelogo appears then try again

Do you have a cellular version?
If not, location will not work very well.
It depends on Wi-Fi hotspots that are registered.
No only the wifi version

It does not matter what you do or reset. The wifi-only iPad does not do location services well. You need an iPad with GPS to best take advantage of location services.
how do I allow location services (linked to an app) now - when originally propted to allow for it, I did not.
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > turn on your app's location here.
