I upgraded to iOS6 and the HDMI output from the 2nd gen HDMI adapter has stopped working.
This is the main thing I use with my iPad so it's useless without it.
Also the YouTube app has disappeared.
This is terrible Apple - seriously disappointed with the upgrade to iOS6 :-(

When I upgraded to the IOS6, my YouTube app disappeared also.
Go to the App store & re-download.

Thanks - although I already downloaded the YouTube app. To me it looks like it launches video differently - I am not sure it's using the native video player anymore.
To be honest I could live without YouTube. But I cannot live without all the iTunes TV Shows that I have paid for - that I now cannot watch.
I really, really wish I never upgraded to iOS6 - then my iPad 3 would still happily send HDMI to me TV
