Recently I downloaded a FREE app for a 4 year old girl. I later found out she had downloaded something within that app for 69.99! I did not authorise this and I have in app purchases turned off. HELP

Recently I downloaded a FREE app for a 4 year old girl. I later found out she had downloaded something within that app for 69.99! I did not authorise this and I have in app purchases turned off. HELP

This surely is fraud, how can a girl aged 4 pay for stuff on an app, she wouldn't of even known she was paying for.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Change the Apple ID password quickly.

Also change Require Password to Immediately.

Settings>General>Restrictions>Require Password>Immediately

There is now way of contacting apple without being charged to ring them, So this will cost me more money. I tried searching for an email address to contact them but they don't have one. What can I do, I reported the problem within the itunes purchase history but doubt they will reply.

Hey, Yeah I emailed the app creator and they said they don't have the right to refund me and to email apple, so i emailed apple and explained what happened and I got a refund thankfully!

was it madagasca? if not it may be intresting to see if its by the same people as madagasca. the app needs removing. please help other parents by demanding it be struck off.
