Keychain error 25299 when launching the Quicken app.

I am receiving an error when trying to launch the Quicken app that I downloaded from the App store. When I try to launch it, I immediately get an error.

The error states: "Keychain Error. Could not create the primary keychain item. (-25299) This error usually indicates incorrect entitlements. Please contact us for a new app."

I contacted Intuit about the error, but alas, they say it is an Apple issue. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing the issue? I tried Googling around but I have not found much information on this error. Any help would be much appreciated.
