iCloud Backup message stuck on my iPad

For the past week my iPad has the iCloud backup window open.

It reminds me that I have not backedup my iPad.

It has the option for me to press "ok" but when I do, the window remains open.

I can not turn it off or access apps or anything under the iCloud backup window.

Any suggestions?
