Check restrictions.
Settings>General>Restrictions>Facetime
Is it activated within settings?
Is it restricted within Settings - General - Restrictions?
Was it purchased in a Middle Eastern country?
iPads sold in the UAE area do not have FaceTime - the government doesn't allow - and you can't add it when outside the area.
Cheers, Tom 😉
U need an ipad 2 or further to acsess teh app
Ipad1 does not have FT.
Ignore
He has an iPad3
I know, but he cant find his facetime app
Probably because it's been restricted under Settings > General > Restrictions or, as already mentioned, it was purchased from a Middle East country where FT has been permanently disabled on iOS devices.
True
I purchased my Ipad2 from Virginia inside the mall of Tyson corner on Christmas of 2012's. I still can NOT find facetime at all. I even googled some possible solutions still no luck. I went onto youtube.com and still no luck. This biatch does not have facetime at all. I have another ipad2 which is EXACTLY the same and it has facetime already in there. The ipad2 that I purchased was in the U.S.A from Apple Store. So what is the solution as of this point?
That was the solution to my problem! I knew it had to be simple! Thank you!!
