How do i turn on personal hotspot iPhone 4S Verizon

If on 6.x, it's all on the first screen of Settings, where it says Personal Hotspot....

Unless of course Verizon doesn't want you to be doing this!

Do you have the feature enabled on your account? Call Verizon and find out. Then, go to Settings>General>Cellular>Personal Hotspot and set it to "On". After that, it should appear on the main Settings page.
