Question

The rear camera in my iPhone 4 is blurry..

I bought the phone is November and it worked fine up until recently when i went to take a picture the photo was blurred. I looked at the camera itself and it seems to have a "film" over it or it seems all scratched up but oddly nothing else in the back of the phone is scratched the same way the camera is. And nothing I do will take it off. I have no idea how it happened. Is there any way to fix this or would it be covered under warranty?

These iPhones come with a protective plastic film that covers the back, including the camera lens, Mine did exactly the same thing as yours until I cut off the corner of the film that covered the lens.

I hope it's that simple for you.

Of course it's not that simple that was the first thing I checked for. Ive even tried like lenses cleaner to removed the "film" but nothing works.

Then it sounds like at trip to the Apple store or Retailer is in order.
