Hello I got iphone 4, which currently have an issue no sound, when someone calling you no sounds, increase and decrease volume buttons seems doesnt work, in games as well no sound, in the settings you can hear sound very properly, youtube, itunes works fine. I tried restart the phone, made couple times restore on itunes, clean completely dock conectoctors, phone never been jailbreaked, latest ios. Any solution appreciated, thanks in advanced.
There is something wrong with the hardware becuase if it works for itunes and youtube . You might need to look at with an apple professional That is really word becuase I have never seen that before just back it up. Have someone take a look at it Svida90

Well what do you think it is ? Not trying to be mean but Did any water spill on it do you have any restrictions on it ?
Have you ever used a dock? I've read in other people's posts that putting the phone back on the dock and then removing has sorta fixed this.

Okay So Try this with just normal screen The Iphone May think Head phones are still in preventing sound. So just press up and down On control the volume keys on Iphone Then if still nothing Clean out Speaker port and it should work Svida
