No dude, there are only smart COVERS for ipad mini's. I really want a smart case for my ipad mini, that covers the screen and the back.

And the same answer applies. Tehre is a msart cover, but currently no smart case. There are a number of options available from third party manufaturers.
Speaking of options, the SNUGG iPad mini case is a good functional choice for 25 USD. I bought one on Amazon.
