my iphone 4s keeps resetting and won't charge

I have an iphone 4s that i bought 7 months ago , last week my phone started to reboot every now and then , i made an update 6.1 hoping that it would fix it when unfortunately it became much worse , the phone started to reboot every 1 minute i tried everything i made a recovery and i lost everything on the phone but the proplem just keeps getting worse .

In the mean time i can't even charge my iphone it just stopped at 3% and keeps resetting

any suggestions knowing that i'm living in a country where there is no apple support center . 😟
