iphone 4s wifi wont turn on
my wifi switch is grey, it wont let me turn it on.
I reset the netwrok settings nothing
rebooted it and nothing
updated it and restored it and nothing
HELP!!!!!!

took it to my carrier and the tech guy said that he has seen a couple of cases already after the 6.1, 6.1.1, and 6.1.2 updates. There is no fix on the software side since Apple does not acknowledge the issue at all (they make you think you are the moron and not them). The carrier's only recommendation to solve the issue is to buy a new phone! w.t.f....thanks Apple. Now I have to buy a new phone to get the WiFi function back???? just called Apple and since I am over the warranty period by 39 days I am s.o.l. On the bright side, the 6.1.2 did solve my battery drain problem.
I had same problem. connect to the computer then turn off and on while connected. Solved my problem I don't know if it will return
