how do i get my text meassages i accidently erased back?

Ony by rerstoring from a iPhone backup that contains the deleted message, otherwise, no.

how do i know if i have a iphone backup?
Do you sync with iTunes or backup to iCloud?
icloud..i know for sure but i really dont do nothing with itunes so im not sure about itunes
Then restore from your most recent iCloud backup. Note: the backup must contain this message...in other words, you would have had to perform an iCloud backup while this message was on your phone. All data currently on your phone, not in the backup you restore from, will be lost:
