Something is wrong with my charger. It wont work. I've tried pluggin it into my computer,xbox and multiple outlets with diffrent boxes. I expect a new charger in the mail ASAP this is ********. Probably the 4th problem I've had with the phone,
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2, Charger will not work
BTW it is an iPhone 5
We are all fellow users on here and not Apple employees. For best results, take the whole kit to an Apple store genius bar so the techs can test it and replace as needed.
Where I got my phone is an hour away and the next Apple store to me is probably in St. Louis which is about and hour and a half.
Try contacting the Expresslane at https://Expresslane.apple.com and choose your hardware and follow the on-screen for requesting assistance.
