How can I syn my contact from outlook to iphone?

I cannot find the syn item

can I delete the songs in music of iPhone directly?

If you are trying to sync contacts direct with Outlook on your computer via the iTunes sync process, this is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. You need Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010.
