Kiosk mode in Mountain lion

Hi.

I need a way to have a kiosk mode on my new iMac.

I want a way that you only can use the web browser and use the web as a guest and cant do annything else, but the administrator should be able to get out of the browser and use other software, etc..

How can I solve this?
