My ipad is frozen and will not shut off when pressing the off button and home buttons. It just continues to say that there is not enough storage to back it up

Try this:

Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.

Frozen or unresponsive iPad

Resolve these most common issues:

• Display remains black or blank

• Touch screen not responding

• Application unexpectedly closes or freezes
