I have an IPad and the Photo Booth app is missing completely. It's not in spotlight, nothing is restricted and even tried a full restore and still nothing...... Any assistance would be great!

If you have the original iPad, there is no camera so there is no Photo Booth to have on it.

If it's a first gen iPad then you won't have the Photo Booth app, it's only on the second gen onwards which have a built-in camera.
I do have a camera on the front, so what accesses that function? I thought that's where photo bohoth would come into play? Also is FaceTime only on the 2nd gen as well, because that app is not appearing?
The first gen iPad has an ambient light sensor on the front above the screen for auto-brightness. And yes, FaceTime is also only on the iPad 2 onwards as it also needs a camera.
