i dropped my iphone and now it will only turn on when its on charge and stay on if i turn it on , when its not it will either turn of on the loading screen or turn of after about 2 mins use also the plus and minus voume buttons dont work or the scilent switch

Make an appointment at the genius bar and get an out of warranty replacement. US$149 for an iPhone 4.
if i wanted someone to tell me it was broken i wouldnt of posted , i have manged to get it on without charger by taking battery out and putting it back in the drop jolted the connecter or what ever you wanna call
Brilliant. Now you have forfeited your right to an out of warranty replacement from Apple as well.
