My new iPad 3 had 91% battery last night and now it has 7%

Save Battery

1. Lower brightness

2. Turn off WiFi when not using

3. Turn off 3G when not using

4. Turn off Bluetooth when not using

5. Minimize use of Location Service

6. Turn off push notification (Major)

7. Fetch new data less frequently

8. Turn off push mail (Major)

9. Auto-check fewer mail account

I would keep the appointment with Apple. Your iPad should not lose over 80% of its charge overnight - even with all of the things turned off that Diavonex suggested.
