iOS 6.1.3 Battery Drain

I didn't have any problems with 6.1.2, but ever since upgrading to 6.1.3, the battery life has been terrible. It's affecting my iPhone 4S and my wife's iPhone 4. I haven't changed any settings, including Exchange. What's happened with this latest "update" that's killing our battery life?

Guys & gals, try this.

1. Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts

2. Go to each e-mail address including iCloud and turn off mail, contacts, calendars, etc. Leave data on iPhone. Turn off Push on everything, and leave it at Fetch or Manual.

3. Kill all running apps.

4. Reset the phone by pressing lock and home buttons simultaneously for 10 sec until you see an Apple icon.

5.Turn everything back on except for the Push.

6. If problems persists, run the battery down until phone shuts off and charge for four hours.

Hope this helps.

I started to have problem with battery draining fast since ios 6.1.2, but after update it became even more drastic. For example, i charged my iphone 4s till 100% and played a game for 15 mins and saw battery drained to 48%, then another 5 mins of playing it became 23% till it died completely.
