My Iphone is unlock, how come I can't see all the settings to change the APN?

I went through and got my Iphone 4s Unlock and got the message that said Congratulation your Iphone is Unlock. How come I can't see the Cellular Network setting to change the APN? I'm using my Iphone for Straight Talk. Help please. I can't send pic messages.

Because StraightTalk piggybacks on the AT&T network, the phone believes it is connected to AT&T and does not display the options. Search the forums or google or contact StraightTalk for assistance.
