I have an Iphone 4s and my friend has an Iphone 4 and we are trying to FaceTime and it's not working. This has nothing to do with wifi it specifically states that the other person doesn't have FaceTime. In our contacts we have eachothers' numbers listed as Iphones. I have no clue what is going on, or why it's not working. My only conclusion is that it's because I have a 4s and he has a 4. Please help.

Check settings>facetime and make sure it is ON. Check settings>general>restrictions and make sure facetime is on in both phones. Also read http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3367
Doesn't matter if you listed the other person's phone as being an iPhone in your contacts. What matters is that you have both successfully activated FaceTime on your phones. Did he turn on FaceTime in Settings>FaceTime? Is it activated and have his phone number listed and checked under "You can be reached by FaceTime at" or does it say "waiting for activation"?
