Hi I upgraded ios 6.1.3 but I notice that the battery life of my iPhone is decreased. It's possible to downgrade from ios 6.1.3 to ios 6.1.2?

Set Up as New Device
The downgrading of iOS is not supported by Apple.
I had the same issue, with terrible battery performance after upgrading to iOS 6.1.3. However, I tried a factory restart, set it up as a new device, and still the same problem persists. Any recommendations, from anyone?
