Can I get my ipad mini screen replaced at apple service centre in Singapore at my cost?I have purchased AppleCare for it, so I don't want to lose the warranty by going to a third party repair shop.

Apple does not do screen replacements but replaces the entire unit...an Apple authorized service center, however, will be able to replace the screen...take it in and see what they will cahrge to replace the screen.

Have you tried contacting Apple Support for Singapore using http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 to find out where there is an Apple Authorized Service Center you can use?
Thanks Ralph! Problem solved. I scheduled a call with Apple Support, and the CS is very helpful. She helped me to arrange for a replacement set, at my own cost, and I just need to send back the damaged set once I receive the replacement set...
At least I still get to keep my applecare warranty this way instead of going to a third party for repair and writing off my applecare warranty...
