when i update my iphone 4 to iOS 6.1.3, phone shut down suddenly! USB shown up and ask me to plug in to iTunes, what should i do? if re-store, i will lost all my stuffs :(

At this point there is nothing on your phone, when it's done you can restore from your backup.
