All iPads are made in China. Everything Apple sells is made in China except Mac Pros. Oh, they were made in China, too.
Currently all iPads are made in China if I am not mistaken.
Including the fake ones.
Aren't they making some in Brazil? I know Foxconn has a plant there.
Why would they be making fakes in Brazil? I could understand Mexico, however.
