My iphone 4 is in recovery mode. I need to extract my pictures before restoring process. Anyone can help ?? (Not Jailbreak)

Hi, just back from a trip with my kids in Walt Disney world. As i connected my iphone 4 to my computer to transfert photos on my cpu, they asked me to update to the latest IOS (6.1.3). Once done, my phone went into recovery mode. Since then, im not able to access to my phone and any of the pictures from this trip. Of course, i'd like to extract them from the phone before proceeding to a restoring job.

My iPhone 4 has never been jailbreak.

Anyone can help ?
