hey guys i have a problem with my iphone 5 i bought it in dicember 2012 and i updated it to the version 6.1.3 and it worked well but like 2 weeks later i got stuck in recovery mode and i want to restore it on iTunes but it won't download the ipsw don't know why i need some help please i live in bolivia,southamerica

i follow all those steps but it says "itunes detected an iphone......" i hit ok and agree everything and it starts to download a file but when the file finishes the download it apears an error of my internet and i've done it like 25 times and the same error keeps apearing
Which model iPhone 5 is ? Is it locked to any carrier ? Talk to your carrier for support.
Try on another computer with another network. If that doesn't work, the device may need service.
What a joke Apple is. So many problems with restoring and updating phones. Definitely NOT users friendly anymore. A simple update to iOS7 causes MASSIVE mayhem and bricks 10's of thousands of phones WTG Apple. Hope Samsung smashes you out of the phone market. I will NEVER buy another Apple product again. You will NEVER see this on Android phones NEVER!!!
