ipad2 6.1.3 stuck in recovery loop help!

Hi there, i recently tried upgrading my ipad 2 to the latest firmware, and somehow after the update it got stuck in a recovery loop. I have tried on multiple computers to restore it, i have tried restoring it in recovery mode and dfu mode as suggested by a friend but none work 😟. How do i get my ipad to work?

(dfu restore does not work i get the 1604 error and the ipad gets stuck on the apple logo, then it reboots back to connect to itunes screen)
