My iPhone 4s wont connect to wifi or Bluetooth. Help! Please!
Both featurescre greyed out.
I have reset all settings a million times .... Arrrgh
iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. See if this helps. If not, Restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. See if this helps. If not, then the WiFi Chip is broken or not connected to Logic Board. If you have Warranty or AppleCare take iPhone to Apple for resolution.
