Audio but no video using Xfinity TV Player app

Good afternoon! Hopefully a quick question: While using the Xfinity TV Player app I am able to listen to audio on the HDTV connected to my Apple TV, but am not getting any video. This is the only app that appears to be having this issue. (I am able to view video using Movies/TV/NCAA March Madness app, etc.) My Apple TV is up to date. Any suggestions?


Shouldn't matter, but I am using a Netgear R6300 a/c router, rather than an Airport.
