my iphone 4 got lock and it says that "iphone disabled connect to itunes and i restore but it still say that it is disabled

Do as it says, connect to iTunes and restore.

It have been disabled because you entered a wrong passcode too many time.

The only way to fix this is to do restore your iDevice with itunes.

i just got a new laptop redownloaded itunes and signed into my account through itunes and whenni conect it asks me to allow itunes to connecct with iphne but i cnt do that until i unlock it which it wont do beacuse it says its still its disabled
