I want to can I use both with out any problems like a zagg protector and my otter box on top of it and when off I won't scratch it

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but i do know many people that have removed the screen protector from the otter box.

The Zagg probably won't work but one of the thinner ones shouldn't be a problem.
