Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My Mac mini show nothing.

My old Mac mini ppc/tiger is completely black out.

The display show nothing from my mac.

I have done all things in the below URL.

・I can hear a startup chime.

・Ican hear fan or drive noise.

・I can see the power button light up.


...And File sharing(AFP) and Remote Disc are working as well.

I can access them from my macbook.



Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Anything else....

Try resetting the PRAM, as per > About NVRAM and PRAM


1. Shut down the computer.

2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.

3. Turn on the computer.

4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.

5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.

6. Release the keys.
