My iPad mini is missing the apple store app. I rebooted after wiping off an application that was supposed to get work email on my mini. Have only had device two weeks and can't figure out how to turn it back on or make it show up. Everything else is still pretty much there.

Check in All Folders and on All Pages/Screens...
Check in Restrictions...

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen
Not on screens. A number of things in restriction were greed out including the on/off for apple store. Reset home screen and some icons moved but the familiar icon didn'tt appear. I am about ready to wipe the whole thing and start over if this can't be found. How can you have an iPad with no way to buy apps. The program from work is a Macafee enterprise app that locks a lot of things down and I don't think I want to do that.
Check with your IT department at work... what they have done could be the source of your issues.
