Google app not working? Can't even log in :(

Since yesterday, I am unable to get into my Google+ app at all. The login never completes. In addition, Google Play is working sporadically, at best, in whichever browser I am using (preference: Dolphin) and absolutely NO You Tube videos will play at all in any browser on the iPad. I verified it's just the iPad by using my laptop PC last night, which had no such issues. You Tube Videos are behaving as if they are loading, but it just goes on and on and never begins to play. This happens in both Dolphin and in Chrome for iPad.
