Does find my iphone help to find a stolen phone if it is off?
Someone stole my phone at a track meet but it says device offline and the location is unavailable is there any way to find it now?

FInd my iphone wont work if your phone is off, sadly. It only works if the phone is on and connected to wifi, which is not hepful as the thief can easily turn off the phone of even wipe it without unlocking it. So unless he turns your phone on and hasnt wiped it yet, your phone is gone for good...
