I don't understand why Photo stream is not in my iCloud. On my iPhone 3GS are Camera Roll and Photo Library along with various albums (I don't understand how to make them, either.
Where do I get basic, easy to understand information about photos?

What IOS are you running on? Are you saying that you have iCloud on your iPhone with PhotoStream set to = ON?
