My son dropped his iPhone 4S on its screen and it shattered! How do I get it fixed? Sprint says I need to call Apple Care, yet I can't find anything about it thru Sprint.com.

Or you can just make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. An out of warranty replacement will cost $199 if you didn't purchase AppleCare+ for the phone.
