My Ipad mini frozen with error message saying "Not enough storage" This Ipad cannot be backed up because there is not enough icloud storage available. You can manage your storage in settings. There are 2 options it is showing only 2 options (1) close (2) settings. Neither of them are working.

It's just one week, I bought this ipadmini.

I also tried to restart or turn off, but nothing is working. It's completely frozen and it's more than 2 days now.

Please help me out.
