How do you know it isn't charging? Try this support document for help. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3281
Try the charger in a different outlet and see if that helps. If you can, borrow another charger to try. If none of that works, take it and the charger to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs check to see if that battery has been damaged.
Did the iPhone shutdown by itself on low battery charge? Did you leave it shutdown or try to force it to restart?
Hi thanks!! The iphone shutdown by itself due to low battery then I wasnt able to charge it immediately since i dont have extra charger neither my housemates. So left it dead for 3 days. Already forced it to restart but it wont work.
Be sure and take it to an Apple store genius bar to have it tested. They need to see if the battery has failed now.
Wasnt able to charge my Iphone 5 since Friday night cause my charger was broken, and been trying to charge it with a new charger yesterday, but it wont charge and wont turn on. What could this be? Thanks!
