If I clear my iphone through 'Find my Iphone', will it delete all my apps?

This may seem like a really stupid question, but I'd figure I'd ask anyway.

I lost my phone a good half a year ago in a location too big to use Find My Iphone to track it down with. Obviously, by this point, it's dead. If I click the 'erase my phone' button on the Find my Iphone app, will it clear all my apps on the phone as well as my data?
