My Iphone 4 wont turn on, but if i have it plugged in the wall for in long time it turns on by itself and gets stuck at the apple logo.
i've tried everything but it still doesen't work, can you please hep me?
iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.4
First - Press both home button and switch on/off for 15 seconds it will reboot,If it does't work try
second - connect ur iphone to system and open itunes then Press and hold both home button and switch on/off for 15 seconds phone will reboot then as soon as apple logo appears leave switch on/off without leaving home button it will go to restore mode then restore ur phone with latest version.
Hope this will resolve ur issue but all ur data will be errased.
